Terms of Use
Agreement
These Terms govern use of Video Compressor and this product website. By using the client or website, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights and the terms of the store or payment provider used for a purchase remain unaffected.
Service
Video Compressor provides local video inspection, planning, compression and saving of a new copy. Supported containers, codecs, resolutions, file sizes and execution time depend on the client, device or browser, available storage, source validity and system resource policies.
User responsibility
You must have the right to access, process, convert, save and share the selected video. Keep the original until you have reviewed the output. Do not use the service to infringe rights, bypass DRM or authorization, download media from a webpage, interfere with security, or submit fraudulent purchase or webhook information.
Technical limitations
We do not guarantee that every file will convert, that a target size will be reached exactly, or that a job will continue after Force stop, browser exit, process termination, revoked permission, low storage, thermal shutdown or other platform limits. A single corrective retry may be used for a target-size job; the final result is the measured output.
Background behavior varies by platform. Chrome requires the browser to remain open for active work. iOS and Android may stop or defer work under system policies. Unsupported codecs are not uploaded as a fallback.
Free and Pro
Free includes the compression settings and one file per task. Pro may add batch processing up to 10 files and remove mobile ads where offered. Product prices, taxes, renewals and refund controls are shown by the applicable store or hosted payment provider before purchase.
Pro access is granted only after authoritative store or backend verification. A pending, refunded, revoked, replayed, expired or unverifiable purchase may not grant or may remove access. A checkout success page alone does not prove entitlement.
Privacy, availability and liability
Use of the product is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The product and external services may change or become unavailable for security, reliability, compatibility, legal or policy reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and Sapiest Dev is not responsible for indirect loss or for a source or output that you failed to back up. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the product, providers or law changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Questions: sapiest.dev@gmail.com.
